Joanna set up JD Collaboration in 2010 after successfully delivering a £40million Estate modernisation programme for a Local Government Agency.

Joanna is an acclaimed construction industry visionary. With professional experience spanning more than 25 years, Joanna pioneered the Construction Partnering philosophy and her success was recognised through many National and Regional Awards including:

  • National Constructing Excellence individual collaboration award 2006

  • Constructing Excellence Southwest and National Integration and Collaboration Awards 2008

  • Britisih Council For Offices Southwest award 2009

As well as an expert practioner, Joanna is regulary asked to speak at strategic conferences and seminars. As one of the early pioneers of the JCT Constructing Excellence contract she now lectures on the use of the contract and BIM at Middlesex University.

Joanna has been described as a 'shining light' being an example of 'innovation, great customer service and professionalism'  by the CEO of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers.
